Terms of sale

For School Hub Plus. Effective 28 October 2026.

School Hub is made and run by an independent developer in Victoria, Australia. School Hub itself is free. These terms cover School Hub Plus, an optional subscription.

What you get

Plus adds the study helper (AI), every Customise option, all of StandBy, no limits on groups and whiteboards, files up to 25 MB and the full Claude connector, as described on the Plus page. Plus is linked to your friend tag and works on School Hub on up to 3 computers (the study helper) and your phone. Features from Compass, chat with friends, the planner and the phone app are free and aren't part of Plus.

The study helper depends on outside AI services. We work to keep it running, but it can be busy or briefly unavailable, it has a fair daily limit, and its answers can be wrong: check anything important.

Price and payment

Plus costs $3 a month or $24 a year, in Australian dollars. Payments are taken by Stripe. School Hub isn't registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy Plus.

Renewing and cancelling

Plus renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time on the Manage Plus page; Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. If we change the price, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Refunds

If you're not happy within 14 days of your first payment, contact us and we'll refund it in full. After that, payments aren't refunded for part of a period, except where the law says otherwise.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If Plus has a major problem we can't fix, you're entitled to a refund for the time it wasn't working.

Using School Hub fairly

Don't use School Hub to spam, harass or harm people, or try to break or get around Plus. We can block a copy that does, and if that copy has Plus we'll refund what's left of the period unless the misuse was serious.

If School Hub stops

If we ever stop offering Plus, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before, stop charging you, and refund any time you've paid for but won't get.
